"I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why I was surprised by the condition of my room during this stay. While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a dirty towel left in the room, stains on the sheets, chips on the floor, and the toilet was not clean. "There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs, to get to your room. The PHOTOS on the website were VERY DECEIVING. The price of the room was far too high for the crappy accommodations. Luckily it was only one night."

"Prompt service upon arrival, with excellent comp gifts on check in that made the stay even better. Conveniently located with a very short walk to food and entertainment. Old Town Pizza is right around the corner and you are missing out if you don’t get some. Parking lot is nice and the rooms are modernized. Can’t beat for the price and convenience."

"This hotel was great. Very cute and comfortable. There was an issue with the AC but the staff was very responsive and helpful. The bowling alley with restaurant was decent and just a short walk there and back. I will definitely stay here again."

"Parking was great - right outside our room. The check-in process was quick and easy and friendly. The decor in the room is a little tired, there was no ice in the ice machine and we couldn’t get any water from the bathroom taps but the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep."

"It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better."

"The rooms have a deck or patio off of them. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning and we ate and enjoyed the beautiful views. I have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. We were visiting to see our daughter who works in the area. We went white water rafting with All Outdoors and that was a lot of fun. We also visited Lava Cap winery which also has nice views. We also enjo yed their wine."
