KITCHEN & DINING
Cooking is a joy in the fully stocked kitchen, furnished with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of space to prepare family favorites. From morning coffee to hearty dinners, you’ll find everything you need: basic cookware, dinnerware. The open dining area makes it easy for everyone to gather, share meals, and make lasting memories.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests plus 2 infants/toddlers, with a thoughtful layout for both privacy and convenience. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, with one on the main floor for easy access.

The location couldn’t be better! Just steps from restaurants, a brand-new grocery store, and across the street from city pickleball courts. Walk to the city beach, or take a short drive to Rendezvous Beach (11 miles) or North Beach (18 miles). The Bear Lake Marina is only 1 mile away, Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is 13 miles, and outdoor lovers will enjoy direct ATV and dirt bike access to Cache National Forest trails. Whether it’s summer at the lake or winter on the slopes, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

Snowy conditions are common in our area during winter, and we want to help you prepare. Here are our recommendations from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present.:

- 4WD Vehicles Required: These are best suited for navigating snowy and icy roads.
- Snow Chains: Bringing snow chains is recommended, especially for added safety in severe conditions.
- Check Weather & Road Condition

We arrange for snow removal services to clear the driveway at properties where it’s required. However, please note that road access to the property is dependent on county snow removal services, which may experience delays during heavy snowfall.

Please note that we are not responsible for transportation issues due to weather or road conditions. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related challenges, and guests are responsible for any towing or additional transportation expenses they may incur. If you’re concerned about potential weather impacts, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your travel investment.

🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
🎆Please use fireworks responsibly and only in permitted areas, and refrain from using them in restricted or high-risk locations where they may be unsafe or illegal.
