    Parking Rules: The driveway allows boat parking or up to six vehicles.
    If you need additional parking, there is a large parking lot around the corner to the northwest. No parking on the roadsides.

    Bear Lake Lodging is a locally owned and operated vacation property management company whose owners live right close by. They are very responsive to calls and messages and are available to provide many helpful extras. Long-term renters are welcome.

    Harbor Village is Bear Lake’s finest resort community with a large outdoor swimming pool, year-round outdoor hot tub, recently resurfaced tennis court and basketball court, several large lawns for family games, plenty of trees for hammocking, and other amenities throughout.

    If you need additional parking there’s a large parking lot around the corner to the northwest. No parking on the roadsides.

    * The center of Garden City is one mile to the south, with many options for traditional raspberry shakes and burgers, and for more upscale dining.

    * Grocery market, Ace Hardware, and the KOA are two blocks south. KOA features bike rental, mini golf, and other activities for a low fee.

    * The marina is right across the highway with a rustic trail from our place to its entrance. The marina offers boat launching, wave runner and boat rentals, free life jackets, boat refueling, and large, hungry carp for you to feed.

    * Our townhouse is right on the 4.7 mile long Garden City bike path. You can walk or bike to anything in town.

    * Garden City indoor swimming pool open year round

    * Lots of fun shops in town

    * Services in Garden City: medical clinic, health/beauty spa, massage therapist, ATM/bank, recreation center, stores for beach and boating gear

    * Celebrate Utah`s passion for musical theater at Pickleville Playhouse

    * Access the beach for free by parking at the Garden City park, just south of the center of town. Take the boardwalk out to the beach and rent paddle boards right on the beach.

    * Access the beach with your vehicle for a small fee from three entrances controlled by Garden City.

    * Idaho North Beach State Park has plenty of beach even in high water years. Go 12 miles north to St. Charles, then four miles east. Boat launching, and waverunners and other rentals available.

    * Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is just 14 miles up Logan Canyon.

    * Bloomington Lake with rope swing, cliff jumping, beaver ponds, and a beautiful hike 30 minutes away

    * Hundreds of miles of snowmobile and ATV trails in the mountains. Snowmobiles and four-wheelers available for rent.

    * Minnetonka Cave 30 minutes away

    * Paris Ice Cave 40 minutes away

    * Two 9-hole golf courses 10 minutes away

    * Sunrise Campground has forested picnic areas.

    * Limber Pines Trail and lots of other hikes

    * Laketown Rodeo 15 minutes away

    * Historic Paris Tabernacle 20 minutes away

    * Peaceful and gorgeous in the off season, with just enough civilization to keep you going. Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Conference Weekend.

    * Activities available: swimming, boating, cycling, fishing, cross-country skiing, sledding, hammocking, paddleboarding, bird watching, star gazing, mountain biking, horseback riding, roller blading, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, scenic drives

    Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally.
    BEAR LAKE LODGING RENTAL AGREEMENT

    Tenant desires to rent the Premises from Manager and Manager desires to rent the Premises to Tenant under the following terms and conditions.

    1. Premises: Tenant understands that in certain circumstances beyond the control of either party, the Manager may be unable
    to provide the exact Premises to Tenant. If the Manager is unable to make the premises available to the Tenant, Tenant agrees
    that his legal remedies will be limited to (1) canceling this Agreement and receiving a full refund of all money paid under this
    agreement, or (2) occupying a substantially equal substitute property offered by the Manager.

    2. Tenant: The “Tenant” of the Premises shall be the name listed on the reservation unless otherwise specified.

    3. Manager: The “Manager” of the Premises is Bear Lake Lodging, LLC.

    4. Rental Deposit: The reservation deposit will be 33% of the total cost of the reservation. This Agreement does not become
    binding and the Tenant`s reservation will not be booked until the reservation deposit has been paid in full. Payment of the
    entire balance due thirty (30) days prior to the day on which occupancy will first occur. Returned checks are subject to a
    $25returned check fee.

    5. Cancellation Policy: The Manger`s Cancellation Policy differs based on the type of property Tenant rented. Reservation
    booked through 3rd party websites follow this cancellation policy unless otherwise stated at booking. Airbnb and Vrbo
    reservations will follow the policy specified on those booking sites. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to understand which
    type of property was rented and where they booked it. See below for cancellation policies:

    VRBO/Expedia: A deposit of 33% of the total reservation is due at time of booking. The remaining reservation balance is due
    30 days prior to arrival of scheduled reservation(s). If Tenant cancels any reservation(s) at least 30 days before check-in, they
    will receive a full refund. Reservation canceled between 14-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, no
    refunds will be issued.

    Cabins & Town houses: A deposit of 33% of the total reservation is due at time of booking. The remaining reservation
    balance is due 30 days prior to arrival of scheduled reservation(s). A cancellation fee of 10% of total payments made will be
    charged for any and all cancellations. If Tenant cancels any reservation(s) 30 or more days prior to arrival tenant will receive a
    refund of paid deposits less the cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the
    entire 33% of total reservation deposit. If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be issued unless state
    mandated due to Covid-19. Then an internal credit will be issued and must be used within 1 year of booked stay and in the
    same property that was previously booked.

    Condos: A deposit of 33% of the total reservation amount is due at time of booking. The remaining reservation balance is due
    30 days prior to arrival of scheduled reservation(s). A cancellation fee of 10% of total payments made will be charged for any
    and all cancellations. If Tenant cancels any reservation(s) 15 or more days prior to arrival tenant will receive a refund of paid
    deposits less the 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival unless
    property is able to be rebooked. If booking is cancelled due to Covid-19 then an internal credit will be issued and must be used
    within 1 year of booked stay and in the same property that was previously booked.

    6. No adjustments for late check-in or early check-out: No refund of monies paid will be made if the Tenant checks in
    after the date and time specified above. No refund of monies paid will be made if the Tenant checks out before the date and
    time specified.

    7. Check in time: Check in time is after 4:00 p.m. on the first day of occupancy as specified above. Tenant may go directly to
    the property with the key code to enter unit. Tenant understands and agrees that Manager does not and cannot guarantee
    exact check in times. Tenant further understands and agrees that Manager is only obligated to make the premises available for
    check in after 4:00 pm on the check specified. In the event that the Manager is unable to make the premises available for
    occupancy before 8 pm. on the first day of occupancy, Tenant agrees that his legal remedies will be limited to (1) canceling this
    Agreement and receiving a full refund of all money paid under this agreement, or (2) occupying a substantially equal substitute
    property offered by the Manager.

    8. Check out time: Check out time is before 10:00 a.m. on the final day of occupancy, as specified. Tenant agrees that, in the
    event Tenant and/or his guests fail to vacate the premises by 10:00 a.m. on the final day of occupancy specified above,
    Manager is authorized to charge to Tenant’s credit card additional charges for the actual costs incurred by Manager due to the
    late check out, including but not limited to increased labor or cleaning costs and any costs resulting due to the inability to rent

We arrived and everything great. The kitchen was missing a garbage can for the bags to go in, I messaged and they were right over with a can. The location was excellent and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises over the lake every morning! It was exactly what we needed for our family, we have a few small grandchildren and they even had a small table and chairs. Thank you-we will be back!

Nice place, worked well for our group.

Its a nice house, kitchen is pretty big, and dining area is nice, the front room area is a little smaller then it seemed in the listing, but thats ok. The spa was nice, though a little hard to find your way too. The tennis/basketball court was nice also. Make sure to bring stuff to play with though, b-ball, etc.Nice views, good parking.Only thing thats a little off was they made it look like the pictures had one big room with lots of bunkbeds, but its not a private room, its a family room, with beds in it, so its open, just be aware. We will probably be back! It was fun.

Wonderful weekend getaway

First of all the weekend was wonderful! Secondly, this was a last minute need to get away and RELAX! So I really appreciated how easy it was to book the property and then get access. Keyless code entry worked perfectly and the property was everything I wanted. No searching for things that had been advertised and I didn't even need to speak with the property owner. It was simple and easy and I am still kind of amazed everything went so smooth. We had a great weekend and a big part of that is because of this great property and the ease of this transaction. Thank you and we will definitely be booking again!

It’s very close to Bear Lake, right across the street from the Marina.

I always use VRBO or HomeAway for my vacation needs, and by far this particular unit was the worst. I’ve only written great reviews at the places I’ve used in the past. So I’m not nit-picky. First I would like to give kudos to the managing staff, they were very kind and helpful. But if this property was mine and I advertised it the way that the owners have, I would be totally ashamed. They advertise 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. One small bathroom with sink and toilet...no bath or shower, on main floor for the pull out bed, and in the basement 1 bath to accomodate up to 8 people. The master bedroom was fine the other 3 bedrooms were extremely small. They put two bunk beds ( with full beds on bottom, single on top) in one small room. No closet, barely enough room to turn around. It was very hot in the rooms, with some jig-rigged cooling system supposedly to help cool the rooms upstairs, which it didn’t. The air blew down the stairs. There was a pull out bed in the living room. The mattress was horrible, might as well have slept on the floor. Had to go buy an air mattress. The furniture in the living room was and is filthy dirty. The cooking items and stove was horrible. The pans were like something you might get from a dollar store. The cement outside is pulling away from the house creating a tripping hazard. We didn’t get to use the two car garage. It was locked up the whole time. They advertise that this house can accommodate 20 people. I say bologna!!! Maybe 8 at the most. This place is in need of some major work and upgrades. I was very disappointed since this was a family reunion. We made the best of it. But, I would not recommend it.

Fabulous vacation at Bear Lake

Our family enjoyed a long weekend at Bear Lake. The condo fit all 15 of us very well. The owners were extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcome.
