You'll enjoy all the atmosphere of a mountain cabin, with a lovely setting and and plenty of deer and wild turkeys passing through, yet you'll still be close to all that Bear Lake has to offer. Enjoy a large living area with an open kitchen, a downstairs kids' room that attaches to a game room with air hockey, and close proximity to the Bear Lake Golf Course.

What's nearby:
This home sits four miles south of downtown Garden City, just half a mile from the Bear Lake Golf Course. You'll be a few minutes' drive from dining, shopping, and the famous Bear Lake raspberry shakes in town. The Garden City area offers wonderful year-round fun, with countless beaches, marinas, and hiking and biking trails in the summer and hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and skiing trails close by in winter (including Beaver Mountain Ski Area 16 miles west). There is never a shortage of things to do!

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
