Cabin is conveniently located on the west side of Bear Lake, in Garden City Utah. With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 3 large family gathering places, this beautiful retreat is ideal for family vacations and reunions in the summer as well as winter mountain getaways and Holiday Family parties. A new sportscourt/pickleball court and extended walkout patio with fire ring make for a scenic atmosphere to play and gather. Within waking distance to Bridgerland Adventure Park with swings, slides, ropes course, zip lines, min-golf, trampolines and food. It is located less than 10 minutes from Bear Lake State Marina, Beaver Mountain Ski Area and countless areas for Mountain Biking, riding ATVs, Snowmobiles, and winter tubing/sledding activities. With year around access, this beautiful destination can be enjoyed all year long. It is truly an ideal location for year around gathering with family. So many sleeping options! Large accommodating kitchen. We had 9 adults, 3 teens, and 12 under 12. This home had space for all of us to come together and have a great time.

Garden City Retreat

An excellent property for a family retreat. Beautifully located with easy access to lake activities. Excellent sleeping arrangements for a large group. Well appointed kitchen. Easy communication with the property manager. Highly recommended.

Perfect Family Getaway

Property was well kept and great for all ages. Everyone in the family had a great time. Great view of the water from the deck. Not too far from town. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. Ryan was great about keeping us updated and making sure we were taken care of.

The property was large enough to house all 25 of us comfortably. We appreciated the proximity to the lake, Limber Pine Trail, Garden City, and the grocery stores. I would absolutely recommend this venue.

A cabin at Bear Lakekk

This property was up on the mountain just as you come on highway 89 to where you can see Bear Lake. It was pretty inside and out. It was close to the beaches as well as other activities that are fun for a family. Bridgerland Adventure Park is only 4 minutes away and the town of Garden City with all its activities and food is only about 7 minutes away. The cabin was perfect for the 28 members of our family who came together for a fun weekend.

Bear Lake in July

The property was clean, modern and well maintained. Our check in went smoothly except for miscommunication with property manager and cleaning service. We felt that the arrival of cleaning people 45 minutes after our arrival was intrusive and unprofessional since we had already found the sheets and made the beds ourselves. The WiFi service was terrible and we were only able to stream video service from one TV at a time during our stay. On the positive side the rooms were very large with plenty of space to gather in the kitchen, dining and family room. Lots of parking too!

FANTASTIC home for families

This was a wonderful place to stay and the pictures don't do it justice! We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The view is spectacular. The house is very comfortable and spacious and our large group had an lovely visit!

Great Rental

Beautiful cabin with a great view of Bear Lake. Well stocked with many supplies. Two fridges to accommodate food for a crowd. Very close to Garden City so great access to restaurants and stores. My only complaints are: they had tons of bunk beds but only 3 larger beds, and I wish there was at least one more bathroom. Both of those might be fine for a different dynamic of group though!

The views from this place were spectacular, and the wrap around deck was a perfect place to enjoy the view! The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was great to work with. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great Location...but no grass

The property itself was great! Plenty of room. Very clean inside. Plenty of bathrooms which is important for a large family. But we were very disappointed that the listing only stated that it was "mountain lanscaped". This actually meant there is NO landscaping. There is nowhere for families to play outside.

Beautiful home, beautiful views, convenient location

You cannot go wrong booking a stay at this location. If you're considering renting in this location, this home is by far the best we've stayed in. The home is new, clean, and well stocked. It is very convenient to town and the marina. Plenty of parking if you're going with a large group. The owner was very responsive and kept us informed in advance of any issues. The only thing I might make future renters aware of is that, while the property does sleep 28 as described, the majority of those sleep spots are bunk beds. If you're going with more than three adult couples, you'll need to flip a coin to see who gets one of the queens.

Family Joy

Our whole family came to Bear Lake, renting a house and not know what to expect. Wow! To our surprise, the house was perfect for all of our family members. The location was awesome as well. Easy to get to town and activities as well as the Marina. Thanks for giving our family a home away from home!

Excellent home for our family to stay in while at Bear Lake for our annual family reunion. Room for all made it so nice to be together. Beds and bathrooms enough for everyone. Nice location made it easy to get to. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend it to others wanting to rent a very nice home for a large family gathering.

No complaints

Everything was as advertised. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. The view is stunning with great angles on both the sunrise and moon rise. If we do another family reunion in Bear Lake, we will use this property again. We had 27 people and everyone slept comfortably, even the snorers.
