"My teen son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this home over Spring Break. It is the perfect home base for visiting the Redwood parks. It is challenging to find; look for laminated signs directing you past the farmhouse. The property managers did not give us the key code until we arrived, which was frustrating. Once inside the home it is well-appointed and quite lovely. It had everything that we needed, and we were grateful for the nice kitchen, good beds, white linens (!), and hot showers!"

"Older court style separated rooms but very well maintained. Gas, grocery and dining just across the street. The landscaping was very pretty and we used the gazebo just outside the room to relax with a glass of wine after a busy travel day. "

"The Library is in a beautiful, bucolic setting on the outskirts of Ferndale. We enjoyed being in the dairy district, with cows munching the pasture grass right outside the kitchen window. The high ceilings, the 3,000 books, the abundant daylight, and the quiet of the location "outside" of town added to the delightful stay we enjoyed."

"Quiet and comfortable"

"Overall, the stay was great! Only two small issues: one two of the dinette stools have braces at the bottom that are coming apart and should be repaired and two, someone’s dog (very friendly) kept showing up on the front porch and wanting in to mess with our puppy. Called the owner and they said she would find her way home; which really wasn’t the point. Wouldn’t want to make it sound that these were anything major. Overall, it was a great place to stay!!!!"

"Our second stay and probably not our last. We love the ease and comfort of this cute little home away from home. Quiet, peaceful and off the beaten path. The peaceful little neighborhood where it is located is driving distance to most of the northern Redwood experiences. including state and national parks, beaches, roadside attractions, etc. Check-in is so easy and hosts are readily available through text. Hosts are unobtrusive and thoughtful. They pay attention to the littlest details and think...

"Great Property! Just enough of everything to make for a great stay! Loved the deck and outdoor space...everything was as stated....great location with quiet neighborhood! (Except for neighbors dogs if got close to fence which couldn't be helped) :) only suggestion would be to replace antique door handle on bathroom and the light switch has an issue in bathroom also. Very minimal issue that you wont know unless we tell you! It was a great stay and when return would rebook if available! Love the...
