nice species house and special- special host who will do everything to make guests happy. will definitely consider this house for our next vacation. The host offered to give buggy rides to the guests, and also i gave thanks to his special children, who gave much of their time to show us all the horses and ponies and took us fishing. And I strongly recommend this for anyone looking to have a great stay.

The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our large group. The fire pit and water slide were nice extra touches. And meeting the Stoltzfus family and getting a ride on their horse and buggy was an added bonus!

One of the best "rentals" we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean. comfortable and plentiful. There was an issue with the hot water and the host came right away and fixed it! We so enjoyed our time there and definitely plan to visit again one day! HIGHLY recommended!

I was looking for a truly peaceful, restful clean, modest family friendly area to spend quality time with my family…and I found it! The space was amazing for a family of 8 and the host family was fantastic ! Our stay was a kinder, gentler homey experience consisting of a family farm visit as well as relaxing fire pit experience under the stars along with fireflies while we ate s'more's. It is my hope that this will become a routine stay when we come back as a family to this area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This is, as described, an old house. However, everything worked and the entertainment was terrific. The grandkids loved the toys and the inflatable water slide. A visit with the farm animals and the authentic Amish buggy rides were included with the fare. The owner, David Stoltzfus is a genuine pleasure to speak with and his kids are more than willing to help as well.

We had a great time, there was one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. There was a third floor we didn't use. We could hear horse and buggies passing by which was very nice. The backyard is pastoral with lots of cows to the left side. Shirt drive to get to Kitchen Kettle and various restaurants and goat dairy farms and shops. The host gave us a horse and buggy ride which was amazing.

My niece was visiting my father, and they wanted to visit Amish country, we could only go for one night. That made choices limited, but very happy that our host allowed it. Place is dated, but very quaint, and clean, and was perfect for us with three very clean bedrooms, to include one on the main level, perfect for my 83-year-old father. Also, we had the opportunity to visits Amish hosts lovely farm and family, they were so welcoming, and they took niece and Dad on an authentic buggy ride, they could have not been more thrilled, not to mention petting horses. My father is someone that is very content with just stay home, but he had a great time and talked about the buggy ride, and the experience of sitting on the porch and watching the buggies go by, all the way back to Virginia. Highly recommend the stay and the jump on any opportunity to visit the farm.

The one thing that caught my eye about staying at this location was the bouncy house/waterslide for the kids to have something to do. However, the bouncy house was rolled in a ball input in the shed. Also, most of the lightbulbs in the house were blown, so the lighting was very poor. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Our stay was amazing! The house was warm and inviting especially with our 4 younger kids. The David and family invited us to their farm to feed the goats, horses, learn about the culture, and go for a horse and buggy ride. The fire pit area was a great place to relax, talk with friends and family, and enjoy the scenery. We also enjoyed sitting on the swings while watching the horses go by. The house has plenty of room, we were able to enjoy quiet time while the kids played in the family room. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This house made me think that VRBO does not vet properties before listing them. No one should pay money to stay in this house. NO air conditioning (window units locked in a room in the attic.). The house smells terrible. The furniture was musty and had holes. The stairways were unsafe. Strange layout, which was not presented in the listing. It’s also located right on a Busy road and the photo and the listing was deceptive on this count.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this warm and welcoming home. There was plenty of room to have a quiet space to yourself and for everyone to come together for a family meal. We had a fire in the firepit and made S'mores. Waking up to the sounds of horse & buggies clip clopping down the road was a highlight to all of us. Our hosts David & Esther were avaliable to answer any questions.

Very friendly host family with great communication. House is located close to everything we wabted including sight and sound theater. This was perfect for out family with plenty of space. The buggy rides and farm visit were a great extra.
