"LOVED this place! 15 of our family members stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday for the week and we had the most wonderful time! Nicola is the best host! He was so accommodating and always had the best recommendations even making dinner reservations for us and eager to help in any way and any time of the day! House was clean, peaceful and fully stocked with everything we needed! What an amazing experience I highly recommend Nicola’s place! We hope to be back in the future!"

"Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!"

"Villa inteiramente equipada, no centro da Toscana com fácil acesso ás principais localizações. Atenção especial da Dina (housekeeper) e David (host), abrilhantaram ainda mais a estadia. Muito bom. Recomendo!"

"We stayed for 24 days and everything was excellent! She arranged a chef on 5 of our nights, 9 breakfasts, and all of the food was exceptional! Our adult children planned for us to renew our wedding vows celebrating 50 years. Caterina arranged for the chef and a wonderful dinner, a duo who provided music, an officiant, and a...

"Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. The owners live next door, so they were available for questions, but that means it is a shared backyard with the owners. The kitchen did not have any paper products, such as paper towels or napkins, nor were there any kitchen towels to dry dishes with. Still a...

"Beautiful villa and gorgeous views! Pictures don’t do justice to the views. Chiara was very helpful when arriving as finding the villa was a bit hard. But we made it safe and sound. Very quiet place and pleasant stay. The only issue was that the coffee makes were very dirty. We did not use them but it would have been nice to drink coffee in the morning while enjoying the stunning views from the villa. Thank you Chiara, will definitely consider to stay here again and recommend to our friends and...
