"We came in from California and stayed at this property twice while finding a long term rental. This place was very clean and cozy. Perfect for two people. The strand is walking distance which was really nice, we were able to walk to a lot of places. Communication was extremely easy and fast. I’d definitely stay here again "

"The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff. I’m very disappointed — especially considering this is a hotel from the Hilton chain. You can probably find much better places on the island for the same price or even less. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."
