"I really wanted to like this property as we were to stay only for one night. I inspected the bed which is something I do with every visit and noticed a strange stain on the pillow that you could clearly see through the pillow case. Removed the pillow case and it was a huge mold spot that was on the actual pillow. They did exchange that pillow. "The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff.
