For the safety and security of our guests, we have the following cameras at the property: a Ring Doorbell at the front door, and a Ring Floodlight with a Doorbell at the back porch entrance. Additionally, there are non-functional "dummy" cameras under each deck as a deterrent. Please note, all cameras are located in outdoor common areas and do not infringe on guest privacy inside the home.

Hurricane Season: June 1–November 30 is hurricane season. While Galveston is rarely affected directly, storms can disrupt travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers natural disasters, cancellations, or delays. Refunds for weather-related issues are only given if a local evacuation order is issued.
Guest Verification: For the safety of all guests and in line with VRBO policies, we may request a valid government-issued photo ID after booking. This is solely for verification purposes.
Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for $50 per hour.
Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 small pets (25 lbs or under each) with prior approval. For everyone’s comfort:
- Pets must remain leashed outdoors.
- Crate pets if left unattended.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture.
- Guests are responsible for cleanup.
Please note: If pet rules are not followed (e.g., pets on furniture, excessive mess, or left unattended), an additional cleaning/damage fee of $150–$250 may apply.
