Welcome to Three C`s, a 3BR/2BA canal-front retreat in Galveston`s Sea Isle subdivision, sleeping 12. Enjoy a private boat slip right at your door — perfect for boaters and anglers! Inside, an open-concept main level connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Two bedrooms downstairs (queen + full-over-full bunks) share a hallway bath, while a private king suite with en-suite bath is tucked upstairs. Short drive to the beach, Seawall, Pleasure Pier, and the Strand.

● Beach Access: Short walk to one of Galveston`s most relaxed beaches in the Sea Isle community, with Gulf views from the top level of the home.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking.

Inside, the main level is built for togetherness, with a sunlit open-concept layout that flows seamlessly between the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. It`s the kind of space where everyone naturally gathers — over morning coffee, a fresh-caught dinner, or a board game after a long day outdoors. Down the hall, you`ll find a cozy queen bedroom and a second bedroom outfitted with two full-over-full bunk beds, making it a hit with kids and a smart sleeping solution for larger groups. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located between the two rooms. Head upstairs to find a private king suite with its own en-suite bathroom — a quiet retreat for parents or couples who want a little extra space at the end of the day.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
