● Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: We have parking for up to 7 vehicles using both driveways.

When it`s time to unwind, the front house offers a variety of sleeping arrangements: three comfortable king bedrooms, a fun bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle for the kids, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for added flexibility.

The back house offers a charming 5-bedroom retreat. Unwind in the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for movie nights or relaxing evenings. A well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, while a large downstairs game room with a shuffleboard table and flat-screen TV provides endless entertainment.

Restful nights await in the back house`s five thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Three king-sized bedrooms offer luxurious comfort, while a room with two full-over-full bunk beds caters to families or groups. Finally, another room featuring a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle ensures everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
