● Beach Access: The community beach access point is less than a minute drive away.

● Private Pool: This home features a large, in-ground private pool that is 6ft deep, chlorine based and not heated.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 15 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

Step inside the main floor and be greeted by the warmth of an open-concept living area. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with seating, perfect for mornings spent planning beach adventures or evenings filled with laughter and shared meals. The adjoining dining area offers a comfortable space to gather together, while the spacious living room invites relaxation with a large couch and big-screen TV – ideal for movie nights.

This level also features three bedrooms. One room boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, another offers a restful night`s sleep with two queen beds, and the third provides cozy comfort with a queen-sized bed. Need extra space for the whole crew? Head up the spiral staircase to the loft area. Here, you`ll find a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for additional guests or a fun sleepover retreat for the younger crowd.

But the fun doesn`t stop there! Descend to the ground level and discover the ultimate entertainment zone – a massive game room! Challenge your friends and family to a game of ping-pong or foosball, or catch a movie on the big-screen TV. This floor also has additional sleeping arrangements with 3 full-over-queen bunk beds, making Casa Del Mar ideal for families and groups of all sizes.

And finally, step outside to your own private oasis! Unwind on the wraparound porch swing on the main level, or soak up the sun on the expansive cement patio surrounding the sparkling in-ground pool downstairs. Take a refreshing dip or relax on the shallow sun shelf, all while others in your group enjoy a picnic under the shade of the poolside pergola. Casa Del Mar will become your new favorite vacation spot.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
