Aloha and welcome to Sea Isle Escape! This 3-bedroom house is just a short 5-minute walk from the beach, putting you in a prime position for soaking up the sun and building sandcastles. Whether you`re a family, a group of friends, or simply seeking some beachside tranquility, Beachy Blues has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: 30 second drive or 5 minute walk to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Walk into the main level open space living area with cozy living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. A sectional sofa invites you to relax after a day of fun, whether it`s reading a book, watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or simply taking a nap. The open kitchen boasts ample counter space and modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Whether you`re packing snacks for the beach, grabbing takeout from a local restaurant, or whipping up a family feast, the kitchen has everything you need. A breakfast bar with seating allows for casual meals or catching up with loved ones over appetizers while the dining table allows for a more formal family meal.

The master bedroom offers a serene escape with a queen-size bed. An en-suite bathroom provides a relaxing spot with a tub/shower combination. There is a second bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the third bedroom on this floor functions well for families. It is equipped with a full-size bed and another twin-over-twin bunk bed. A hallway on the main floor provides access to a full bathroom and a laundry closet.

Just a short walk or drive away awaits the sandy shores of Sea Isle Beach. The convenient location offers easy access to both the Gulf and the bay. Grab lunch or dinner nearby at one of the many dining options or explore shopping and entertainment venues a short drive away at the Galveston Strand or Pleasure Pier. This delightful Texas vacation home is your gateway to beachside fun and relaxation – all you need to bring is your swimsuit and sense of adventure!

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
