● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is parking for up to 8 cars. No street parking.

Step inside the main level and you`ll find a bright, open-concept layout where a spacious living room flows seamlessly into a large, fully stocked kitchen and dining area — perfect for big-group breakfasts and family-style dinners. Just off the main living space, a dedicated poker room sets the tone for late-night card games and laid-back competition. Down the hall, a large laundry room and two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom — the first featuring a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk that easily sleeps six, and the second offering a king bed with deck access and beautiful water views. The third level houses a private king suite with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private deck overlooking the water — the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet sunset. The fourth level is a loft-style retreat with two queen beds, more private deck access, and those same stunning bay views. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.

- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
