● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is parking for up to 6 cars.

The second bedroom, featuring two queen-size beds, is perfect for families or friends and also includes its own en suite bathroom. For kids or teens, the third bedroom is designed with two full-over-full bunk beds and a dedicated en suite bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space. The fourth bedroom is equipped with custom-built twin bunks, providing a cozy and fun sleeping arrangement for younger guests, also with its own en suite bathroom.

The home`s open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere ideal for gathering and relaxation. One of the highlights of this property is the large deck space, where you can unwind and enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the serene surroundings.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 must be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
