It is a 2 bedroom property with 2 baths. We also have a pull-out sofa. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is styled in a fun, surfer theme. There is a queen bed with 2 XL twin size beds.

The large outdoor area is covered and perfect for outdoor entertaining, and the white picket fence completely surrounds the house. Let your little ones run free while you prep dinner on the grill!

Guests will have access to the entire house.

Lack of reviews for a guest or any other reasons where the host deems fit, the host may require an additional deposit from a guest. The deposit amount will differ per guest depending on the situation. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Absolutely no smoking inside of the house. While there are no set times on noise restrictions, please be mindful of our neighbors who are permanent residences. Disrupting surrounding guests and ignoring noise reduction requests from others may result in an early termination of your stay without refund. Please use the outdoor shower to wash sand off before entering the house and please remove shoes while inside. We request that there is no eating or drinking colored drinks on the sofa.
