Inside, you'll find a welcoming living area with soaring ceilings, natural light, and calming coastal décor that instantly puts you in vacation mode. Large windows frame peaceful canal views while comfortable seating creates the perfect gathering spot for movie nights, morning coffee, or recapping the day's adventures. The open layout keeps everyone connected, whether they're chatting from the living room, dining room, or kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and room for multiple cooks to whip up family breakfasts, fresh seafood dinners, or late-night snacks! Nearby, the dining area offers seating for family meals, while the breakfast bar gives guests extra space to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. The upstairs living area offers even more space to spread out with additional sleeping accommodations for larger groups. PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
