On Galveston's quiet west beach, Bella Vista sits where the road ends and the beach begins. TOTALLY RENOVATED INSIDE AND OUT! ALL NEW BEDS, COMFORTERS, PILLOWS, COUCHES!! Ideal for one or two couples, or a small family. Completely furnished to make your vacation a pleasant stay. Featuring a 42 inch LCD TV, DVD/CD/IPOD players plus a TV in the master bedroom with ROKU. The kitchen includes a large bar area for eating or gathering. A large outdoor shower accommodates the family as you return from the beach just steps away. A new heat pump provides both central air conditioning and heating.

Its a great house a few steps away from the beach and plenty of space for the whole family. It was serene community and the house amenities were just perfect. We didnt find the laundry (downstairs) until a bit too late but its a great feature too. Thank you for making this family vacation a possibility for us.

GREAT!!!

THIS HOUSE IS PREFECT FOR A SMALL GROUP, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH A VERY SHORT WALK. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY IS GREAT FOR WATCHING THE SUNSET AND PEOPLE WATCHING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME.

Beach weekend

We had a lovely time at this beach house. The location cannot be beat. You are literally steps away from the beach. The beach was not overcrowded at all. We ran into difficulty when checking in because the code was not working to get in. We were quickly able to get in contact with the host to fix this. The house was mostly clean but we found some trash from the previous guest. We could not open the door for the outdoor shower because the latch is broken. Otherwise, the house is nice and we enjoyed our weekend. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great Location

The location of this house is amazing. You are right on a beach which was not crowded at all. The outdoor shower makes cleaning up from your beach time easy. Lots of cooking equipment in kitchen. House is showing some wear and tear.

Property was in the perfect location. No beach crowds, steps from the beach. Home was well appointed. We experienced a little hiccup getting into the property but neighbor helped us and owner was responsive. We would love to come back.

Perfect Beachfront Home

This house is a gem steps away from the beach! The location is perfect—just 8 miles from Moody Gardens but far enough away from the tourist-y sea wall. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, bathrooms are spacious and the kids loved both bunk rooms. The host had great communication—don’t wait, rent it for your family getaway!

Wonderful place! Will definitely return.

We just spent 6 days at this wonderful beach house for a family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing. A very short 20 second walk to the beach each day made for a very easy beach set up. The host was super gracious and responded promptly to messages and questions. We will definitely be back to Bella Vista. So far my fav beach house yet! Thank you!

Great location in Galveston

We visited Palm Beach over Spring Break with 3 teenagers. Although the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed great walks and runs on the beach and a comfortable living room for watching March Madness. The bathrooms are larger and more updated than those of other beach houses we have stayed in recently. The two bunkbed rooms are cute and fun for kids and teens. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. (I think the only things we would have liked that we could not find were foil and cling wrap.) The location could not have been better. The house is just a few steps from the beach. The porch would be wonderful in warmer weather. Finally, this subdivision, as well as those on either side, have beaches that are not open to traffic. One of my pet peeves in Galveston is that, in many places, you have to share the beach with cars. Not here. Highly recommend.

Great location to watch the sun rise!

My family and I enjoyed this property. The house is a cozy retreat with great views. The proximity to the beach was awesome. My husband and I could watch the kids play on the beach from the balcony.

Summer getaway

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything you needed and more. The close proximity to the beach was AMAZING !!!! We had quite a few little ones and taking them back and forth was a breeze. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing family beach trip!!!

Beautiful and cozy

We loved that it was so close to the beach. The place was small but cozy. I loved all the beach vibes. It was clean and had everything needed. We did find a dead cockroach in one of the rooms and another live one in the bathroom. We were very comfortable.

What a Blessing!

Our ladies Galveston trip was Amazing there at the Bella Vista Beach house.. There was plenty of beds and the view of the beach on the deck was breath taking!! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans we needed. Even had a grill too! Plenty of towels for everyone. Very pleasantly decorated and roomy for our 11 ladies. The walk to the beach from the Bella Vista was not far at all. So convenient to go back to the beach house for lunch or bring lunch to the beach to enjoy. We brought a wagon but did not need it. We did take a cooler with rollers and tent to the beach. Along with chairs and floats. Not far at all if you forget anything. We loved that you didn't have to drive anywhere to go to the beach which saved time and gas. More time on the beach. Will book again!

Getaway for wife and friends.

Great location with easy access to the beach and a reasonable drive from stores and many attractions, yet still secluded from the tourist crowd. Reached out to the property owner with questions a few times and he was always very prompt in his reply. Highly recommend.

Family vacation 22'

Location is excellent, beach access was just a few steps away. House is comfortable for no more than 6 adults and 3 kids due to only one queen bed and 3 bunk beds. The only negative we experienced was the house was not cleaned before we arrived, we did arrive a little early and we called the property owner and he said he would contact them cleaning staff. Our check in time was supposed to be at 4pm, we went into town got food for the house and returned around 5pm and the house was still not cleaned. We stripped all the beds and put all the dirty towels in a pile, swept the floor, took the trash out and it was close to 6pm before the cleaning staff showed up. The day we were to check out we called the owner to see if we could do a late check out and was told not because its was rented out, so we loaded everything up and went ahead and went to the beach, we lift the area at noon and no one not even the cleaning staff was at the house. So a late check out could have been granted.

Beach house

Location of house is steps away from the beach and very convenient to access, especially with young kids. Pretty view from the porch. Overall, inside of house is ok. Some of the negatives about the property. The bathtub did not drain while using shower. They only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel. We had to go buy our own, with 7 people staying. There were lack of trash bags and kitchen towels. Overall we will stay again with the location and access to the beach.
