The spacious living and dining areas with a vaulted ceiling are positioned to take full advantage of the wonderful views. Beachfront Paradise with its open floor plan is light, airy and filled with comfortable, contemporary furnishings. People who like to cook will enjoy the large, bright kitchen with bright white cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. Outside there’s a large open deck - great for kicking back and enjoying the beach…not to mention perfect for viewing the beautiful sunrise or enjoying the view of the stars at night. When you are ready to take a dip in the waves or build fun sandcastles…the Gulf playground is literally the backyard and makes for very convenient fun in the sun time! Additional amenities include a 55 inch 4K high definition television with HD programming and HD apps (such as Netflix MLB, HULU), high speed wireless internet access, 3 total TV's, 1 DVD, and 1 HD Blue Ray Disc Player. Home is located far away from public beach access points. Therefore, it is seldom crowded. It make the beach location perfect for social distancing.

View was spectacular. Entry was steep with no landing at top to unlock door and no railing at top. Step down to livng room was a little bit of a bother. Only electric outlet in main bathroom did not work and one little bar of facial soap for bathroom was inadequate.Enjoyed view and location very much. Deck and living room / dining room were great places to hang out.

There is a lot to like about this VRBO - direct access to the beach, great layout to the house, easy communication with the owner, but, ultimately, I can't recommend it. There are some general maintenance issues - cabinets falling apart in the bathroom, some outlets that don't work, kitchen light not working, main tv not having a working controller and having to literally pull out the tv and reach around the back to turn it on and off and adjust volume. These are easily fixed but my main concern was the musty, moldy smell in the home. I'm pretty sure there is mold in the HVAC system. Cleaning crew is running all the fans and using heavy air freshener to cover the smell. For the health risks associated with having mold in a home, I can't recommend this vrbo. I hope the owner looks into it and remediates.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront house for a birthday trip. The location could not be better. Right on the beach, with amazing views and easy access to the water. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication was straightforward, and check in was smooth. It was the perfect spot to celebrate, and we’d be happy to return for another stay.

Beautiful get away

The property manger was quick to respond and helpful around every turn. The place was clean, and well stocked with all the dishes, pans and utensils you could possibly need!! We loved the fenced in yard, long picnic table, and sitting on the deck watching and listening to the waves crash. It was a great stay!! George was amazing throughout !

What I needed

Ive been going to Galveston every year going on 18 years and this was the best house ive stayed in so far. Excellent location,house was amazing the ac was very cold, rooms were perfect for all 11 of us that stayed. It was the 4th of July and we had so much space on the beach, it was perfect. We caught black tip sharks right off the beach. I willl definitely be back

Not our first time staying in this beautiful home and won’t be our last. This house has the best view and perfect location. Truly has everything you will need. Host is so easy to communicate with. Perfect home for a relaxing beach get away.

Great pet friendly home and location

We had such a great time at George's house. Everything was even better in person. There are two dedicated parking spots but we only needed one however it was nice to have the option for 2 cars. The home was very comfortable with great beds in both the primary and secondary rooms but we did not use the bunk room. The couches were also very comfy and offered ample space for lounging and movie nights. Everything in the kitchen worked well. The appliances including washer/dryer operated as expected with no issues. AC kept us cool as well. Both bathrooms were roomy with no problems. The upper porch and area under the house were great for being outside enjoying the seabreeze and sunning. It was really nice having a yard as well especially with a small dog. The grass is very well kept and no signs of past visiting pets. Very easy access to the beach via the path straight out the yard. Our stay was quiet and the beach never got super busy due to the public access areas being further away so it was really nice to have a more private experience. The Sea Isle area is nice with a lot of locals and not a lot of tourists and the drive to the seawall is not bad at all and very relaxing as no one is really in a hurry. George was really nice to work with, very responsive and helpful. This was our favorite stay in Galveston and we definitely will be coming back to this home again.

Nice property.

Great location and space, clean and well stocked kitchen items. The upstairs does sway so one guest had to sleep on the sofa. Overall very good experience. Is dog friendly but I didn’t realize there was a fee for dogs when I booked.

Perfect Getaway

Spacious and clean home. Kitchen is equipped with almost anything you need. Comfortable sofas in the family room. Kitchen seating is comfortable as well. The deck is newer but not covered. Very spacious. Outdoor shower is wonderful. Charcoal grill is alright. I loved being right on the beach. View is spectacular. George was so easy to communicate with. Always available to answer any questions. We definitely biok again.

What a View!

Had a lovely stay at this cute beach house. Beautiful views from the great room windows and great new deck to take in the sea air! So convenient to be able to go back and forth easily from the beach. Ideal for my 3 year old grandson.Plenty of room, for our family of 7, around the table for good food and games.We had some electrical issues during our stay, due to Mother Nature, and the owner had an electrical out to the house within the hour! Very responsive!

Perfect Location

This is our fourth stay at this location, and each visit continues to surpass the last. The property is consistently clean, and its location is ideal for a relaxing getaway. We look forward to returning soon.
