Relax and unwind while overlooking the West End Beach and soothing tranquility of West Bay. Enjoy all that Beach2Bay vacation retreat has to offer-spacious, custom home, professionally decorated with cargo lift for easy transport of luggage and groceries.

Sleeps 6 adults and 3 children.

King size master suite with private balcony and Eurobath encompasses second floor. Two Queen sized spacious guest rooms, one with balcony French door entrance. 3 additional Memory foam fold out twin beds. Premium linens and ample towels.

Bright, cheery living room with 50 inch TV and comfortable seating. Indoor dining for 16 with views of bay and ocean. Entertainers will be thrilled with the kitchen layout and breakfast bar.

Beautiful, oversized custom private pool with ample lounging and seating for 16. Tanning shelf, water benches and water basketball/volleyball set. Perfect for morning dip and after beach party.
Beach2Bay Retreat is walking distance to the beach and the bay. Access to neighborhood private lighted fishing pier and boat ramp.
Two outdoor eating areas for 8. Dine under the stars. Enjoy an outdoor breakfast while watching the sunrise on the bay. The honeymoon balcony offers a spectacular view of the West Bay. Covered picnic table area complete with gas grill, outdoor shower and bathroom. Ample parking.

Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer for added convenience.

Close to Galveston attractions, fabulous restaurants and The Strand. Grocery shopping and water sport rentals just 7 miles away in Jamaica Beach.

Great house

Great house and pool was amazing. Great proximity to the beach. Bed layout for the rooms wasn’t entirely accurate. But wasn’t a big problem as our little one feel asleep on the couch each night.

Best Vacay Spot in Galveston!

This is our 5th time at this beach house. It’s always clean and ready for us when we arrive. The grandkids love the pool and we love the privacy. Doug is an excellent communicator and always on call if we have a question. Thanks Doug!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The house was clean, well stocked, and in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The pool was amazing and super clean, a total hit with our family!Doug was a fantastic host, very responsive and thoughtful. He even made sure there was a pack and play ready for our baby’s first vacation, which meant so much to us. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Spring break in Galveston

My family had a great spring break. Doug was extremely helpful and great to talk to. The pool was great and it is just a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommend.

Great house!

Everything about this house is great. It was clean and roomy and had all the essentials needed for our sisters weekend. Unfortunately it rained the whole weekend we were there and we were not able to use the pool much. Thankfully there is lots of covered areas so we were able to be outside despite the rain. We will definitely be back next year!

Great family house

What an amazing pool. The kids were obsessed! It was big enough for all our floats and room to spare for swimming. Only quirk was the crabs that fell in at night. Unfortunately most died before I could get them out in the morning. The beds were super comfy but my kids were not a fan of the cots. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Nice Near-the-Beach Get-Away

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. While the weather wasn't ideal during our stay we had a great time and the property had many amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The owner was quite helpful and checked on us via text during our visit to make sure we were ok during some bad weather that knocked out the power for about an hour one evening. The home is just minutes from the beach and there is convenient on-beach parking nearby. The pool area was very nice. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were clean well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Some things to be aware of: 1. There are no supermarkets nearby. There are convenience stores, but the selection is limited and you will pay convenience store prices. 2. You will probably want to drive to the beach as to get there on-foot you will have to cross a busy highway. 3. If you have identity theft concerns - the owner requires you to text him a picture of your driver's license before providing access to the property. While I understand this, I have concerns with pictures of my ID in the cloud or on someone else's phone. 4. While clean overall - two of the beds had sand on the sheets when we arrived. There were other sheets available, but they smelled of perspiration and needed to be washed before changing the bed. I'm sure this was an oversight by the cleaning people. Overall a great place and would recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful Home Amazing Pool

No pictures can do this home and pool justice. Everything was beautifully decorated, beds were new and very comfortable, the shower upstairs was incredible, water pressure was strong, but the pool??? The pool was an apartment sized and crystal clear with fountains. All furnishings outside were new and in amazing shape. There was a nice propane grill and anyting you can think youll need as far as kitchen supplies.

Family get away

The house and property are located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. Interior is roomy and well kept. The pool was great and the area around it was furnished with several chairs and tables. There were no disappointments and the owner was very prompt in assisting and answering any questions. Would absolutely stay again.

My sister and I have traveled to Galveston many summers with our families and this house was the perfect set up! We loved all the outdoor space. Everyone had a great time in the pool and the parents really appreciated the lift. It was a great time had by all and we hope to visit again!

First Vacation in Galveston!

Overall, the house was exactly how it's pictured! It was beautiful and in a great neighborhood, very close to the beach and bay! The only thing we had an issue with was the "basic soaps" and toilet paper/paper towels that were supposed to be provided. The soaps were so watered down that they were pretty much of no use. We had to go buy paper towels and toilet paper within the first couple days, because their wasn't enough and we ran out. The laundry detergent also seemed watered down and there was barely any in the bottle. Being that the house is 18 miles from the closest reasonable grocery store, this was an inconvenience. We loved Galveston! Loved the house! Greg was easy to communicate with and got right back to me when we had questions! We would love to visit again!
