This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is just a 2-minute drive to the closest beach access point. After a day of sandy fun, unwind on the massive front porch which has a dining table for evenings under the stars. Additional deck chairs offer cozy nooks for reading or soaking up the sun. Feeling like a barbecue? Fire up the grill and cook in the fenced backyard. Then end the day with a refreshing dip in the pool when the sun gets too hot. ● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Just a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.

● Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We can fit up to 4 cars in the driveway.

The ground floor features a welcoming living room with a flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights after a beach day. Two bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs. One room has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for kids. The other room has two full-over-full bunk beds, great for additional guests. This second downstairs bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

Upstairs, you`ll find a bright living and dining area, ideal for family meals or game nights. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready to fuel your beach adventures. Two comfortable bedrooms and a common full bathroom complete the upstairs floor. One bedroom has a king-size bed for a relaxing retreat, while the other offers a queen bed.

Step outside and enjoy the fresh air on the massive front deck. With ample seating, it`s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply soaking up the coastal vibes. The fenced backyard offers even more space to relax. Take a refreshing dip in the cowboy pool to cool off on a hot day, or unwind and enjoy the Texas sunshine.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Jamaica Beach pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
