This gem is in the heart of the best neighborhood on the West End. This 3-bedroom canal home provides plenty of room for 8 people. The first bedroom (master) has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a full size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers. There is also an outside shower downstairs.

This property is very conveniently located within Sea Isle. Guests are a short golf cart ride, walk, or bicycle ride away from the beach and Sea Isle community amenities. These include the bait shop, fishing pier, marina, boat ramp, tennis courts, kids’ playground, and basketball court. Southern Tide Golf Cart Rentals are conveniently located within the community.

There are two restaurant options right there within the subdivision. First is the casual, waterfront atmosphere of the Sandbar Bar and Grill, which often offers live music on the weekends. Those seeking fine dining will be impressed with the West End Restaurant. Cooking for yourself? Pick up some fresh fish at the West End Fish Market, right there in Sea Isle. Need groceries? No need to drive all the way to downtown Galveston, as the Seven Seas Grocery Store is only five miles down the road.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, and all essential utensils. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Available for use are full-sized washer and dryer.

The Sea Isle swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, and during Spring Break, weather permitting. There is a fee for community pool use. Guests will need to contact Sea Isle Community office directly before their intended stay to pay fee. The office is open Monday-Friday.

Parties and Events: No Prom, receptions, or large parties are allowed.

Cleaning Fee: There is no extra charge for towels and linens. The cleaning fee of $115.00 covers towels and linens.

No Pets: No dogs, cats, or other pets are allowed.
