● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: We can accommodate parking for up to 6 cars (4 in the driveway and 2 on the street in front of the home).

This charming beach house instantly invites you to unwind. The open-concept living area is ideal for creating memories with loved ones. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with its large island, perfect for group cooking adventures. The first floor boasts two bedrooms: a king-sized room for restful nights and another with two full-size beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. A full bathroom is conveniently also located downstairs.

Head upstairs to find your own private retreat in the primary suite, complete with a king-sized bed and a relaxing en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk beds ensures everyone has a comfy spot to sleep. A second full bathroom on the upper floor provides added convenience.

Tall ceilings throughout create a sense of airiness, while two expansive decks – one on each floor – offer the perfect spot to soak up the sun with your morning coffee or enjoy a relaxing evening drink with the sound of the waves in the background. After a day of beach adventures, rinse off the sand in the handy outdoor shower before firing up the BBQ pit and whipping up a feast for the whole crew.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No pets allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- NO oversized vehicles of any kind per HOA regulations.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
