Why cross the street to get to the beach, when you can stay at
ā€œWhat a Viewā€ and be steps from your own private beach!

Seascape is located just west of Seawall and sits directly on the beach, so there is no need to walk across the street. Located on the first floor with elevator access, this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will accommodate up to 8 guests.

Relax with a cup of coffee on a lazy vacation morning on a large tiled balcony while taking in the amazing gulf view.

The kitchen has recently been updated and is well equipped with beautiful granite countertops and plenty of space. The kitchen has an island with seating for three, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, a Keurig & a regular coffee pot, waffle maker and griddle, along with all the utensils, flatware, glasses, pans, etc. You will also find a frozen drink/margarita machine. Everything that you would need for those days you just want to sit back and relax.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort with a new wall mounted 42ā€ Smart TV. Two bunk beds in the hall, and a double size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new 55ā€ Smart TV. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Linens and towels will also be provided.

Both bathrooms offer an oversized walk-in shower, large one sink vanity and wall mounted blow dryers.

Deck box is filled with beach and pool toys. There is a fold up wagon designed for the beach to help lighten the load. And beach chairs.

Seascape amenities include direct beach access, elevators, 2 heated pools (one is a kids pool), 2 hot tubs, and BBQ pits.

Seascape Resort is a gated community with a security guard and covered parking.

This property is in the perfect location. Located within 5-15 minutes of restaurants and shops. Literally on the beach with beautiful views from the deck. The owner goes over and above to make sure your stay is convenient and memorable

Overall we enjoyed the majority of the condo. It had sufficient room for sleeping and bathroom use. However we believed it was big enough for 8 people. Only 6 could sit down to eat and not together. It had a kitchen island just big enough for 3 to eat around with backless barstools. There was also a narrow table with 3 more backless barstools. If we wanted to relax in the evening to watch tv there was only 1 couch- big enough for 3 people. We had 5 adults so we had to bring in the 2 stadium/beach chairs to sit. Very little room in the kitchen and living room- both connected and still too small for 5 adults. The balcony was very nice and had 4 chairs. The unit was stocked very well with all that was needed. I donā€™t think it should be listed for 8. Nice for 2 adults and 4 kids or maybe even 4 adults and 2 kids as long as you donā€™t want to watch tv altogether.

The condo was exactly as pictured- everything was labeled with notes and reminders to help out with check out and access codes. Clean and cozy- son loved the bunk beds and the pool! Very easy access and just out of the way enough for privacy but close enough to get what you need easily!

Extremely impressed with the view, cleanliness, hospitality regarding ALL the comforts of home plus, fantastic location and hostā€™s communication!!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone especially with children! The access to the beach is a very short, easy walk and the view of the beach and pool from the spacious balcony is fantastic! The showers are conveniently located between the beach and the beautiful pool. 2 hot tubs and one for adults only. The pool area is very clean and designed well to accommodate a lot of guests comfortably. There is plenty of nice pool furniture in the shade and sunny area of the pool. All the amenities you can imagine are provided throughout the condo and even beach toys, beach towels, chairs and a wagon!! We didnā€™t even unload our toys. Plenty of children to play with my grandchildren and well behaved ( meaning no excessive noise or splashing). Location is ideal to restaurants, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbaghn , the Strand. We took my daughter and grandchildren and could not have had a better time or experience!!!!Thanks!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. "What a View" was a great experience. We enjoyed the extra space this unit had and made good use of the washer/dryer. Views of the Gulf in the morning were wonderful. Lots of built in amenities. Defiantly would book again.

The location of the place is perfect, as it was on the first floor, and we could see the pool and the Gulf. We used so much of the "extras," as in boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Everything was clean and welcoming. Communication was great, because we're old and couldn't figure out the TV volume. We also weren't sure how to get pool tags. Loved our stay!!!

We absolutely loved this property! 2 days of rest before we started our cruise was the perfect start of vacation! Everything is as described on VRBO. Super clean, beds were very comfortable, and it was so quiet!!!
