"Love the underneath parking situation with easy elevator access. Room was spacious, was initially disappointed to not have an ocean view, but the nice balcony looking over the marsh (for now) has a lovely sunset view."

"This hotel needs a lot of renovation very dirty paint all over the floor bathroom dirty smells horrible hot in the lobby. A lot of renovation around it needs a lot of work done to it just completely dirty way around the hotel. I tried to cancel, however didn’t realize that it looked like that it was I unable to cancel."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

"The pool is indoors and there is no outdoor pool. Also, the chlorine content of the pool is really high. I could smell it outside. The elevators are pretty slow and there’s usually only one person on site at the front desk. They don’t clean the rooms every day… You have to ask for that. "The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff.
