"Our check in experience was not great. We waited 2 hours past check in time and 2 of the 3 rooms that I booked almost a month before were still not cleaned. We actually had to take a down grade on one of the rooms just to get in, missing dinner reservations. The down graded room that was supposed to be ready, had hair all over the bathroom floor, several spiders and spider webs in the corners and literal crap on the wall. "The room had mold on the walls and smelled moldy. Other guests also complained of the musty smell. Staff was very friendly. We paid $300 a night for a room and this should have been more of $100 night room due to quality."

"As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel."

"Room was seemed very clean and bathroom too. Woke up the next morning and there was a mouse poo on the sink. There seems to be a hole beside the pipe that comes out of the side wall where pipe comes out. Needs to be filled. Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was nice and very cold. Has a fridge and microwave. No coffee machine. Had to go to front desk area to get coffee. I know the hotel is very close to the beach, so sand can be an issue in halls. However, someone smaked their shoes...

"Hotel fica a uns 50 metros da praia e muito próximo do Pier . Há ótimos restaurantes nas imediações, postos de gasolina e um Walmart a menos de 3km. O café da manhã possui 2 tipos de sucos, 2 tipos de pães de forma, muffins, waffles, geleia, manteiga, café, leite e maçã . Funcionarios são prestativos e simpáticos . "
