"We had a lovely stay for four nights with breakfast. The room was enormous and the bathroom had everything you could want in there. Bed was comfortable, nice selection of instant teas and coffees in the room. The staff were lovely, particularly the hosts of breakfast and the breakfast selection was excellent. It's a short walk from the beach and into the town for shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff who work in this hotel. "

"Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...

"Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential. Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe...

"Não me parece um hotel 5 estrelas. Tivemos que subir a escadaria da frente carregando as malas pois não havia nenhum funcionário naquele lugar. Na recepção, não ofereceram sequer um copo de água. Nosso quarto deveria ser premium mas pareceia um depósito. Nos colocaram num quarta onde precisamos descer um lance de escadas (não tinha elevador para esse local), tinha uma porta ao lado do quarto que abriam e fechavam a noite inteira nos prejudicando dormir. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto mas...
