"First time renter on vrbo. Had a FANTASTIC experience with this host and the property! Huge, spacious home with all the amenities you could possibly need. We were a group of 7 there for a family reunion. Wonderfully clean rooms with surprisingly comfy beds! The entire neighborhood was beautiful! We could not have had a better experience!"

"Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason.
