"Unfortunately, we left after the first night of a three-night stay because the overall condition of the property did not meet a reasonable standard. Our experience started with the provided door code not working when we arrived. While this was eventually resolved, it unfortunately set the tone for the stay. This wasn't about one or two minor inconveniences. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

"Best check-in & communication from a host I’ve ever experienced. Property was as described & such a great vibe. Bed super comfy. I booked this unit because it had a bathtub but stopper didn’t work. Understood host may not have known this. They were quick to respond to the issue. BTW garbage truck comes Thursday morning 6am 😉. Will definitely be back!"
