"All the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful, from front desk to the cleaners and a gave honest reviews of things locally. Room was clean, smelled fresh and the complimentary bathroom products were Dove brand. Nice touch. If I'm staying in the area again it will be here without a doubt. Martin at check in was like talking with a friend off the bat."

"The front desk took three tries to get us a working key card, and after one day, the door stopped locking entirely. The sink stopper in the bathroom was stuck down with no way to raise it, and after informing staff, there was no effort to correct it. We were unable to use the sink for the entire stay. "Good! We had a perfect stay over there. Good location, conditions and service, no luxury, fair for the price."

"The only complaint I had is that check in is at 4 and we arrived right at 4. Our room was not ready and we had to wait until 5pm to get our room. If I was staying more than one night, I wouldn’t have minded so much. An hour cut into our time is a bit much when check out for previous guests is 11am."

"The staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect. When I thought it couldn’t get any better the food was top notch! Was in town for the Mid Ohio MotoAmerica races so I only spent one night wished I could have enjoyed it longer. I will certainly be back next year for the races. "This place is nasty. The walls are dirty, mold on the curtains. Thermostat was hanging off the wall. The mattress was at least thirty years old with rips and holes. I refused to stay and was given a full refund after some polite discussion"
