"Although we had a mountain view it was still wonderful to see , in preference to the sea. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and plenty of hanging space. The shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water. The room was tidied on a daily basis and biscuits and the beverage box replenished."

At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "All members of staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation and facilities were in a very good condition though our room was in need of upgrading to match that of other rooms. Would have liked to have seen a working safe and a fridge in the room. Spa facilities were excellent as were the dining options with no shortage of food on offer.We had a three night stay and would have gladly stayed longer had we been able to.
