"I had only a room rate, so didn't have the breakfast. The room was very comfortable, very well maintained. The staff were always cheerful and friendly, happy to help. The location is brilliant, right near the beach and right by the town centre. All in all it was a way of feeling comfortable and 'at home' on a small budget. I'd recommend the place. Thanks. "

At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "Lovely decor, spotlessly clean, pod coffee maker, pet bed with treats, lights and music on was a nice touch.on arrival. very friendly staff, secure parking space was a bonus, great location, could not fault it! Definitely recommend it!"

"I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, as I know it can be bad for business. Instead I raised a complaint through my travel provider, they contacted adventure parc to investigate. Unfortunately I didn’t get as much as an apology from adventure parc, so have decided to review. Our pod was full of mould, during the wet weather, rainwater seeped through the wood. I noticed mould high up on arrival but didn’t notice the mould at low level where I slept until the morning, by then we were checking out,...
