"A lovely hotel on situated towards the northern end of the promenade in Llandudno. The communal areas both inside and out are lovely and the staff are very friendly. The food served in the restaurant is tasty and well priced. We paid for breakfast to be included and it was delicious. We had a room with a sea view located at the front of the property and it was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable, too. "Very comfortable, nice to have an onsite restaurant. Great breakfasts. Staff were very accommodating. Nice furnishings in the room - modern bathroom.
