This spacious 4-bedroom home with a Large Outdoor Hot Tub and Pool Table is nestled in a serene wooded setting in the beautiful Galena Territory. 3 King Beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds will delight your guests. The home's main level is the place to enjoy your friends and family. The living room has a large fireplace, kitchen, and dining room, all open to each other. There are 2 Master En Suites, one on the main level and one on the lower level; these will allow you to stretch out and enjoy some private spaces while being close to the action on the main level with open dining/living rooms and a kitchen. Also on the main level is a front room with 2 twin beds, replacing the sofa sleeper in the lower level for your +2, allowing the home to sleep 10 in beds. There is another bedroom on the second floor with hallway access to a bathroom with a tub and a shower. In addition to the King ensuite on the lower level, there is a Queen bedroom with hallway access to a full bathroom. (This home had a sofa sleeper for years, which continued to get broken, so the owner has installed 2 twin beds in a common space upstairs to sleep your +2). The garage is not available for guests to use.

The home is just a few minutes from the Territory Owners Club (pool, fitness center, and more), Lake Galena, and is close to several Golf Courses and Spa. Just fifteen minutes to historic downtown Galena and Chestnut Mountain!

You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round, and the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can only be used by Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, a game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and an outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center, and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember that the usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not offer discounts or refunds due to their closure.

When you book a home with us, we will require 30% down; this is a payment, not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in.  If you cancel before the 14 days, you will receive the first payment minus a $35 cancellation fee.  At the 14-day mark, your stay will become non-refundable, and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file when booking.  Our cancellation policy is not flexible, so we highly recommend travel insurance.  

Please Note: You must sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking; we ask that you sign and file it within 48 hours of receiving it to guarantee your reservation. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. 

Check-in details are sent to the email on file three days before your arrival. This includes the home's address, the access code, and other pertinent home/area information. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival. During peak season, early check-in is not typically an option.  The emailed check-in instructions will cover this process
