This listing is for two homes, one four-bedroom, and one five-bedroom together. A government-issued ID and Credit Card information is required as part of the rental contract. Security Deposit is processed outside of Airbnb as a hold on guests` CC. Security Deposit is $350
You will be asked to sign a separate contract. The contract must be signed and returned no later than 14 days from booking or 6 days from the reservation date, whichever is sooner to the date of booking.
