Almost Heaven Rentals Galena who has been in the business of managing vacation rental’s since 2002 is happy to offer you this vacation rental. Deerview is a fun and very comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a game room as well as a hot tub. This a great Galena Territory getaway home, close to the core of The Galena Territory homeowners club, snuggled in the trees, it has it all.

Walk right into the main floor living room with its gorgeous hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling. The living room on the main floor has a 2 story gas fireplace and a television. Continue into the fully equipped kitchen which is separated by an open serving counter with four stools, and a dining table that seats 6 people comfortably.
Continue on behind the kitchen and there is a main floor bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full bathroom.

Off the living area is a large deck with an outdoor patio set w/umbrella and gas grill that wraps around to a lovely screened in porch space with another dining table and chairs for a bug free outdoor dining experience. Please note we always leave a back up propane tank for the gas grill.

The primary bedroom (Queen Bed) is located upstairs, has a bathroom that includes a two-person whirlpool tub and shower stall. Just outside the bedroom is the lofted seating area with a television and brand new sleeper sofa.

The lower level hosts the recreation room with all sorts of things to keep one occupied. There is a bumper pool/card playing table, Foosball table, a third television (DVD/Cable), and 2 pub tables with a wet bar and refrigerator.
Behind the wet bar is the third full bathroom as well as the washer/dryer and the third (queen bed) bedroom.

There is a large lower deck off the rec room that holds the hot tub. The lower and upper decks are connected by an outside stairway. The home is snuggled into the woods for plenty of wildlife viewing.

Everything one needs for a great retreat any time of year! This house is located on a street that is no outlet, a little flatter by Territory standards and great for bike riding and walking.

This beautiful home is fully equipped with all linens, kitchen utensils and entertainment. Deerview comes with 8 proximity cards. Guests of this home enjoy all of the homeowners amenities in The Galena Territory including the two pools, fitness center, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, pickle ball and tennis. Lake Galena is about ten minutes away and can be accessed by calling the marina to reserve a pontoon boat or kayak. Whether this is your first time to the Galena Territory or your fiftieth this home and area have plenty to explore.
