This is the perfect spot to access everything the Gainesville area offers; it's near Shands and UF and the best shopping and eating in town!



The Space:

The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!



This concept-designed home features a King Bed Master Bedroom and a Queen Sofa-Bed living room. You'll also find a rollaway bed a bonus Pack n Play for an infant! There is also a desk for shooting off those emails from home!



You'll have a private Garage to park your car as well as a Reserved parking space in front of the garage. You're also welcome to use the communal Pool and Gym facilities.



Everything in the home is brand new--boutique midcentury modern design style, hard floors, blazing fast WiFi, and 2 large LED TVs with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.!



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary!



Guest Access:

Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. Access to Garage for car paring, plus one reserved parking space and free visitor parking.



Pool and gym facilites available to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located within a safe, gated community neighborhood a short distance to Celebration Pointe, Butler Plaza, and Interstate 75.



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 2 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Some reservations are subject to a credit card authorization hold for damage, excessive cleaning, and incidentals



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
