Cozy Lakefront Home w/ Boat Dock

Welcome to your cozy lakefront getaway with a private two-story boat dock! This cabin-like 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offers a truly peaceful & entertaining lake house experience. The two-story patio is an entertainers dream complete with a gas grill, patio table, & tons of seating on the main level with a hammock & shuffleboard on the screened-in patio below. The home is located a private, wooded drive with some separation neighboring homes.
- No pets allowed unless disclosed & the pet deposit has been paid. Pets should not be on the furniture (beds/couches), and guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required due to their pet following their stay.
- No parties or events.
- - STRICT NO SMOKING INDOORS POLICY; violators will be subject to additional fees to cover additional cleaning, fumigation costs, and repairs for damages. This amount could exceed $1,000 based on prior smoke-related situations.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
- Swim at your own risk.
- If the grill is used, it must be cleaned to match the condition prior to using.
- Only the specified number of guests on the reservation can stay overnight.
- Guests ARE NOT permitted to use the boat, camper, & kayaks due to owner liability & should not be gotten into or tampered with for any reason. Guests ARE welcome to bring and/or rent their own boat or kayak.
- Trash is picked up weekly on Friday mornings. Guests who are currently staying will be asked to ensure the outdoor trash can is out front in the driveway & accessible for the trash company to pickup. Due to the inconsistency of when reservations will be & the trash pickup schedule, there could occasionally be trash bags in the outdoor trash can from the prior guest.
- Please note that this home is the woods and lakefront. Naturally, that will entail the presence of some bugs/spiders around the exterior of the home. We have a pest control service and do our best to keep everything under control.
- Please note that there is a home being built on a neighboring lot. To my knowledge, construction is during normal working hours and should not affect the quality of your stay.
-For Airbnb bookings, the Airbnb Guest Service Fee is now rolled into the daily price instead of being broken out separately. This is due to recent Airbnb policy changes.
-For VRBO bookings, guests will not receive full reimbursement for cancellations as stripe payment fee is non refundable.
