"We were looking for something nicer and more secure than a hotel. The neighborhood is safe and the option to use the garage was appreciated. The rental space was recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the home owner was great and she was very flexible when we had to add another night. We would recommend staying here if you want something that feels more like home. "

"Was intimidated, at first, by the isolation. It was just myself and one other lady. Got used to it and a couple days in, we realized there was another property not too far away. Also, a little uncomfortable around the outdoor sitting area with the drop off so closed to the cemented area. All in all, we found the property comfortable, clean, well kept, and well stocked. Everything we needed was there to be used. "

"We were in Gainesville due to a family member being in the hospital. This house was the perfect location and set up for what we needed. Communication with Chris was awesome and he was extremely helpful when we needed to book an extra night. Plus, we got to see numerous deer every day!"

"My husband and I spent our 30th anniversary weekend in Dahlonega. This house was perfect! We loved the backyard area, the hot tub, and the beautiful views inside the home. Excellent location! You are close to everything but feel like a world away. We would definitely stay here again."

"Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. "

"Such a beautiful property, no real issues. Check in was easy, cleaners were there when we got there but I know they had a lot to clean up from the previous guests. My only suggestion would be to have more blankets available to use. We had someone sleep on the couch and the blankets were too small. The house is on a beautiful property, lots to do in the area and at the house itself. I would stay here again every summer. "
