As a matter of information, I did not see a place where we could control the temperature, but it was very comfortable while we were here. "Stayed w/family for graduation weekend. Very convenient to campus, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Even found a walking trail to the Preserve closeby. 3 of 4 bedrooms are downstairs & getting from driveway to the house was tricky for the 3 elderly ladies we traveled with but overall was a wonderful experience"
