"This suited our needs perfectly. Clean, pet friendly, reasonable rates and minutes from Shands hospital. Cheaper than a hotel and has washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. David, the host, replied immediately to my question at check in. No complaints here. Thank you for the hospitality."

"the amenities were great and the ac"

"It was a very clean and beautiful property. They provide plenty of amenities so you don't need to bring that many items. The owners are great hosts and we appreciate that we were able to stay here. It is very close to uf and local eateries which made it sensible to walk. And as a added bonus there was cute cats visiting us."

"This house worked well for our needs. Sorry to say I was disappointed with small and minimal cooking pots and pans. I wasn’t able to cook dinner, as I had planned. Not even salt and pepper …Another disappointment was channel selection on the TV - no live tv whatsoever."
