We went to use the pool and hot tub and found a sign stating it was closed. When I asked at the front desk the lady said “it’s not my fault it’s broken” and that it should be fixed by the next day. "The cottage was a very clean, cozy, well-decorated, and warm place with a comfy bed!. A great home away from home stay for the Christmas season. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay there again!"

"I did not even check into this property after arrival. My travel partners flight was cancelled and I was too uncomfortable to check in alone. There was questionable foot traffic from the highway (which this property sits between two very busy roads) that made me feel unsafe. The lot was not lighted fully, one side was dark. A rat ran by the front door as I sat in the car by the hotel entrance. I could see mattresses against the wall in the lobby…not sure what that was all about. Some folks...

"The room could’ve been cleaner and it needs to be painted. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom need to be replaced as one was falling down. They should also get new sheets. They were a little threadbare. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"At check in I was charged $50 for a security deposit then the owner asked me for my credit card again and charged me again. I brought up my credit card app and showed him he charged me 2 times. He argued with me and said it would take care of itself. When we checked out the next day he credited one of the $50 but the other one remained on my account. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company, they saw I was charged 1 time and credited 1 time so they closed the case. I called the hotel...
