"We had a lovely experience staying in Sakuya hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful, offered us shuttle van to go to town. Offered us private onsen which was very relaxing. Rooms were futon bed with a view of Mt Fuji, breakfast was so yum. Would definitely come next time. "

"por el precio está muy bien ya que además está a metros de la estación del tren y bus, está un poco viejo y en mi cuarto no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado pero en general vale la pena. Te guardan el equipaje y son amables "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I would absolutely come stay again. The...

"チェックイン時は非接触型で良かった。最初同じグループの経営と思われる違うホステルに行き間違えに気がつきすぐに本来のホステルへ行き無事にチェックインしました！部屋ですが部屋に台所や冷蔵庫などついている物の調理器具やポット、電子レンジがなく2階に共同の部屋がありそちらに置いてあった。部屋に書いておくといいかもです。チェックインの時には2階の共同部屋まで覗かないので。暖房の付け方もよくわからなかった。あとは２泊しましたがタオルなどは揃っており快適でした。また利用させていただきます。"

"料金がお安いので期待してなかったのですが、対応も丁寧で良かったです。民泊？になるのでしょうか。初めての経験でしたけど、安心しました。コンビニ等は少し離れた場所なので徒歩のみの方には不便に感じる所もあるかもです。私は徒歩でコンビニも食事にも出かけましたが軽い運動になったくらいの感じで良かったです。駐車場も問題ありませんでした。ノアでも充分駐めることができます。 2歳の子もいたけど、ゆっくり休めました。ありがとうございました。 "
