This condo’s location in the heart of Summit County (and easy access to I-70) makes it a breeze to drive to all the nearby ski areas. You’re just a 5-minute commute to downtown Frisco, and in the summer, the Lake Dillon bike path is right across the street. And just look at those views … you’ll be a hero for finding this place for your family and friends!

This beautiful 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom penthouse condo is the perfect mountain escape for families or groups of up to 6 people. With easy access to world-class ski resorts and Dillon Reservoir, you’ll enjoy every minute of your stay! The cozy living area has a beautiful gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV to keep you warm and entertained any time of year. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you’ll need to whip up great meals for your group. There’s room for six people at the dining table. And you’ll absolutely love stepping out onto the balcony and taking in the amazing views of the lake and the mountains!

Other amenities include in-unit washer/dryer and parking for two vehicles. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Bedroom #2: king bed private door to shared bathroom. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: tub/shower.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1-car garage, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- Please Note: This is a third-floor, walk-up condo.
- Short-term rental license #10080.

We enjoyed this location very much. Easy to get to. My husband brought his dirt bike and was very glad to store it in the garage. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Ski Weekend

Had a great stay. Location was great to get to multiple ski areas. Hot Tub was just a very short walk from unit. Views of the Dillon Res and mountains were beautiful. Great location for winter or summer.

Absolutely excellent stay

We’ve been coming up to go skiing a couple times a year for the last ten years and this was by far the most convenient location we’ve stayed. It’s easy to get to either town frisco or Dillon/silverthorne just a couple minutes away and easy access to Breckenridge or keystone pretty much a straight shot. The staff was very attentive and communicated everything promptly and checked in on us from time to time through text. The condo had everything we needed, plenty of room, beds, baths, games, storage absolutely perfect!

Great location. Fit 6 adults comfortably. I always cook, so I often think cooking supplies could use an upgrade and this case was no different. Certainly not a deal breaker.

Stunning Natural Beauty!

My husband and I had an amazing time staying here! The condo was INCREDIBLY clean and comfortable. Great communication through rental agency and well worth the super fair cost. The town and surrounding area had everything that we needed - the majority of our shopping and hiking were within 3-5 miles from us! Breckenridge is only a 20 minute drive as well! Truly beautiful and this rental was the perfect getaway from some stunning nature and relaxation!

Perfect condo for ski trip

Came out here with my parents and fiancé on a ski trip in celebration of my birthday. It was conveniently located to I 70/grocery store/town, had great views of the mountains and Lake Dillon, easy parking/private garage and nice shared amenities. Short walk to the 3 outdoor hot tubs, which we had to ourselves every night. They list that there are grills available on property, but they are only supplied with propane in the summertime. The condo was decorated very cute in animals/cabin decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a meal along with spices/oil- although the knives very very dull… bring your own tinfoil and coffee filters. They had a Keurig, Nespresso, and a regular coffee pot. We loved waking up each morning and standing on the balcony to take the Mountain View. The upstairs loft sleeps 7 and has its own bathroom. Host was quick to communicate and check in about our stay. Would recommend this condo for your next ski vacation.

The property was lovely. The owners have thought of everything. All cabinets and closets are labeled making it easy to find whatever you need. They even had humidifiers, which came in handy! I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Central location

This condo is easy to access from the interstate and close to all the ski resorts. The complex is very well maintained and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Everything went very smoothly and my family wants to come back!

Our family of 8 truly enjoyed the vacation home and LOVED Colorado. Awesome scenery and skiing/snowboarding! Very Lovely Home! Needs some pots/pans updates and a few more knives :) Most people probably do not cook, but we cook daily :) Staff was very quick to answer/fix issues and did a great! thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Property in fair shape. Sliding glass door was broken and wouldn’t open and close properly. Dimmer switch in the dining room wouldn’t work. Upstairs shower handle loose.

We visited for a ski trip and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! 15-20 minute, beautiful drive to Breck. The views alone from the livingroom and bedrooms were everything! House had everything we needed. It was the coziest stay! We’ll 100% be back!

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo in Frisco. It's roomy & has just about everything you could need to make a long stay comfortable & convenient. We had a smoke detector beeping one night & the property manager sent someone over the day I called to change all the batteries. It was a good stay!

Great Location!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine from there. The location was great for easy access to hiking, biking, and everything in Frisco, Breckenridge, etc. The hot tubs were quite hot, but the kids still had a great time. We'd definitely return!

Enjoyed the location of the property with really quick access to Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Breckenridge. Spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view of Lake Dillon. Property was clean and well maintained, fun place to stay.

Amazing View and location

My family and I loved it. Great location. Close to downtown Frisco and 3 ski resorts. Hot tub was wonderful. Only suggestion would be better cutting and steak knives. It has a ton a room. Very very comfortable. It is on 3 rd floor so the climb can be a lot if your handicap or older. Definitely recommend.
