"The hotel is fine, on par with what you would expect from a Holiday Inn - airport.
We had a 6:50 a.m flight, at checkout we reserved the 4:00 a.m. shuttle. When we arrived in the lobby just before 4 am the shuttle had already left. The front desk tried to call, but the driver says the shuttle was full - he'd be back in 30 minutes...
What's the point of reserving if the shuttle leaves ahead of schedule and without you?
I had to pay $30 to an Uber and the front desk clerk was very in...

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant.
I had the insurance and could easily refund one night since my trip was cut short by one day. And the staff immediately took care of it and with good manners.
The rooms have coffee maker, coffee, ice bin, hot and cold cups, ironing board and an iron, hanging rack and plenty of hangers, my room did not have a closet, it had small refrigerator (not very cold) but my food didn’t go bad overnight;
microwave (I didn’t use). The shower gel is very small so...

"The room was very clean. The front desk people were very nice They had a shuttle to the MGM grand which was nice but I didn’t get the chance to use it after a very tiring day of flying from Italy. Bed and pillow very comfortable Had a great night sleep."
