"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently. Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around. I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs. "Love this property. Rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing. Only complaint is no key was needed to access the elevator, which posed safety concerns. However, the staff was amazing and extremely responsive and pleasant. "
