The accommodation is a 1-room penthouse with a comfortable furnishing and an area of 40 m2, located on the 5th floor. It features a living/dining room with a double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the balcony. There is an alcove with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The bathroom is separate from the WC. The unit has electric heating and air-conditioning.

Amenities Included
The penthouse comes with a small balcony of 4 m2, complete with balcony furniture. Additionally, it offers a washing machine, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. There is also a garage space available. The property is designated as non-smoking, and smoke alarms are installed.
