"Yes the room was clean. The only thing missing was a smart TV.
The other recommendation for you is that the entrance from the road to your pull in are is not marked with some sort of reflectors. There was fresh snow Friday night and I drove right into the ditch causing damage to my vehicle. "

"Got great communication prior to arrival. Asst. Mgr, Carissa, showed up with a welcome package and contact info. She was great with all questions. We did have a hot water issue, but Asst. Mgr. got right on it & had us back up & running in a very timely manner.4 stars because nobody gets a 5. Would give 4 1/2 if that were an option.My wife & I had our two dogs (a Toller & a Malinois) & decided it my be a bit cramped if it were 4 people there. But then, we do pack anything we feel we'll need...

"The area is beautiful. The grounds around are unique and calming a great connection to the outdoors, but as my low rating for accuracy of the website, there’s no heat and our rooms ,except the bathroom, are exposed to the outdoor wind. The two mornings temperatures we were to be there were around freezing and below freezing. We only stayed the one night because of this.
