"The location was in a quiet spot and within walking distance to several restaurants (Dunkin Donuts, Hobo’s 281 Bar & Grill, a pizza place, and two ice cream shops. "Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. "

"Great house for our large family. We all had a private suite with our own bathroom. It was perfect for us to relax and prepare to attend a family wedding on Cayuga Lake which is only a 30 minute drive through a beautiful area of our country. So much history in the house and town!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The layout worked perfectly for our two families, and we were so happy to find a pet-friendly spot that welcomed our dog. The air conditioning kept the space cool during a hot weekend, and everything was just as described. Great location in Ithaca and an easy, enjoyable stay overall—we’d come back!"

"We loved our stay in Ithaca! The house was as advertised. We had a blast cooking in the beautiful kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed at this property for a reunion with our Canadian family members. The house had erythi everything we needed and was lovely. Although it rained and was cold most of the weekend, we were able to use the backyard firepit in between rain drops. We had a wonderful time."
